MOST red-blooded women would love to be left alone in a room with David Beckham.


But cute chuckle machine James Corden, 31, found the experience turned him into a gibbering wreck. On meeting the footballing sex god, 34, Mr Corden said his efforts to keep it cool totally backfired.


He said: “I just kept thinking you’re the most beautiful man I’ve ever seen.”


He also revealed that the squeaky-voiced sportsman is fluent in Italian, but is too shy to speak it in public.
